MNS PTA Donor Privacy Notice

When you donate to MNS PTA, we collect the information needed to process and acknowledge your gift. That includes your name, email address, mailing address, donation details, and, if you provide it, your employer. Our online giving tools may also automatically collect technical information such as your IP address and general location.

We use this information to process donations, send receipts and thank-you notes, keep accurate records, and help you request matching gifts or volunteer grants from your employer. To do this, we share donor information with the service providers that support our fundraising. These include Givebutter, which processes online donations, and Double the Donation, which checks matching-gift eligibility and may email you about your employer’s program. These providers use your information only to perform services for us, under their own privacy policies.

We do not sell or rent donor information. If you’d like to stop receiving matching-gift emails, have questions, or want us to update or remove your information, contact us at president@mnspta.org.
